Lou Cator Henry has a long and rich history of consulting and coaching with Fortune 500 companies.
Her training in the Human Resource field coupled with her experience with several manufacturing firms, followed by several years with a major Human Resources firm and then her emergence into the role of CEO and partner of Employment Resources, a four division company.
After that company was sold, Bob and Lou joined forces and started their own company to combine their experience and knowledge base to teach people. Clients ranged from corporations, individuals, education organizations, and health care facilities. Their firm specialized in the areas of Leadership, Servant Leadership, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Managing Change, Diversity Issues and Customer Relationships.
She has served on boards of the Chamber of Commerce, Council of 100, Christian School, the Lutheran High School Accreditation Team, Rotary, Girl Scouts and the Advisory board of the Global Protocol. President of Rotary and is a Paul Harris Fellow.
She is an author, executive coach, and trainer and has been guest speaker on radio, cable, and television.
